7 Weeks Pregnant

At 7 weeks of pregnancy, the baby’s growth and development are proceeding apace. If you are getting fed up with the nausea, take heart from the fact that nausea is an indication that all is well with your pregnancy and the baby. In fact, having morning sickness is related to a lower incidence of miscarriage.

When 7 weeks pregnant, you should be practicing any of the dos and don’ts that your doctor has prescribed (if any). In most cases there is no reason not to continue with regular, gentle exercise through pregnancy. However if for any reason yours is a high risk pregnancy, your doctor will have advised you about the rest and precautions you should be taking.
